One
of the more popular gadgets on
the market today is the GPS
(Global
Positioning Satellite receiver) or navigational system. These are being
sold in
great numbers and are a popular option in vehicles from small cars to
the big
trucks. Do not worry there really is a connection to Body, Mind and
Spirit.
The
basis of the GPS
is a series of satellites that are orbiting around the Earth. Each
satellite
sends out coded messages. From these radio signals the GPS
can determine its exact location. Many of these units can determine,
from
satellites that are miles above the Earth, the location of the GPS
to less than three feet.
GPS
units have become inexpensive. There are thousands and they all can be
working
at the same time. The units are not aware, however, that others are
working.
All,
or most, of us have other
radio receivers. We use television, portable radios, car radios,
cellular
telephones, wireless telephones, wireless Internet and many other radio
devices. Our cell phones do not interfere with our radios. Our radios
do not
get static from the GPS
signals. All of
these devices are unaware of the existence of the other devices and
signals.
If
you get a GPS
you are suddenly made aware of the existence of the satellite signals.
You get
guidance from the GPS,
which is getting
guidance from the satellite signals.
Most
of the newer GPS
units have stored maps. You see where you are on the map. The
navigational
system or GPS brings
the stored programs and
an interpretation of the satellite signals together to provide you with
this
map view.
If
you are reading this magazine
than chances are that you are an energy worker, client of an energy
worker or
at least interested in energy work. We are asked by the skeptics to
explain
energy work. The skeptics deny the existence of the human energy system
and
consider what we do as invalid.
These
same people use radios,
televisions and yes even GPS.
Even though
they can not see or touch or feel those waves they believe that the
many
varieties of radio waves exist.
One
of their arguments is that
radios and GPS receive
and transform the
radio waves into a form that people, usually they use the term rational
people,
can experience. They will reject aura photography. Of course the same
people
would have denied the existence of microbes at the time of Louis
Pasteur.
The
energy worker is the GPS
of the human energy system. There are a number of devices that read the
energy
of people, animals or plants. The aura photography is just one. There
are many
computer-based systems.
There
are also some very ancient
devices. One of our favorites is the pendulum. The pendulum is simply a
weight
on the end of a string or chain. There is much discussion of how and
why it
works. Our view is that we, the energy workers, are receptive to the
energy fields.
Our bodies react to minute variations. The pendulum amplifies or
displays these
vibrations.
The
pendulum can be used as an
assessment tool. It can graphically show the condition of an energy
center,
such as a charka or acupuncture point. It is the display for the energy
worker.
One
of the interesting points of
the GPS navigational
systems is that they
use the unseen radio signals to determine their exact location.
Computer
systems like MapQuest will give you a route from where you are to where
want to
be. You must tell these systems where you are.
Like
the GPS
most energy workers can find the source of issues and the current state
of an
individual even if they receive less than full information. For
example, one
client came in and listed a number of issues. Her lungs were not among
them.
When working on her it was noted that there were issues in the lung.
After
the treatment she said that
she noticed that we spent time working on her lungs. She then said that
when
she woke up that morning it was so hard for her to breath that she had
to have
her husband’s assistance to get out of bed.
Even
though she had not included
her breathing as an issue at the intake interview, we picked it up in
the
energy. The energy worker can usually find where issues are. The signal
is
there, only a good receiver is needed to pick it up.
The
GPS
reads the unseen, unfelt radio signals and figures out where you are.
The
program in the GPS,
then shows the map of
the areas. The energy worker reads the client’s energy and
then uses a pendulum
to display the result.
The
most basic energy receiver is
the worker. In our classes the students learn to read the energy
fields. Reading
is of little use if the worker does not know how to interpret what they
are
reading.
In
fact, almost everyone receives
these energy signals. From the time we are little children we are
taught to
ignore these feelings. Few of us are ever taught to interrupt the
energy we
receive.
By
taking classes those people who
have turned off or blocked their ability to receive the human energy
signals
can learn to turn it back on. Those who have been confused by the
signals they
are receiving can learn interpret the signals they are receiving. Those
people
who are overwhelmed because they receive too many signals, can learn to
filter
out the unimportant signals or, to put it another way, focus of only
the most
important issues,
Like
the signals form the Global
Positioning Satellites, the human energy is everywhere and always
present. It
does not matter if a person believes it is there or not, it is present.
Through
a number of methods it can be shown to exist.
One
demonstration is to activate a
tingsha, a Tibetan instrument, and draw it up the center of the body.
As the
tingsha passes each energy center, charka, you can hear the resonance.
If the
charka is closed there will be no change in sound.
We
have taught energy workers to
receive and interpret these signals. This has included doctors. At the
beginning they are taught to just feel the presence of the energy, to
receive the
signal. As they become more aware they learn to interpret the
information in
the signals. This can be as fine as “feeling” the
texture on the surface of a
bone.
It
is never too late to start the
journey. We know people who have started to learn to receive or
interpret these
signals when they were in their fifties or sixties. Many of these
people have
always been good receiver but did not know what the signals were, yet
what they
meant.
You can, like the GPS,
learn to receive the signals that are everywhere. Given the
information, you
can learn to interpret what you receive. Learn and enjoy.
